Institutional Research
Institutional Research Vital to EWC's Planning For The Future
Institutional research has long been a part of the college in submitting enrollment reports, and other requireddata to state, regional and national agencies. Now, institutional research will aid in helping us make better informed decisions by providing assistance and research to key areas of the college. The director has been assisting the Foundations of Excellence dimension committees by providing trends analysis and other institutional data.
Fall 2008 data showed that EWC had grown enrollment by 1.6% of full time equivalent. This represents a five-year high enrollment. Outreach enrollment averages 35% of total FTE for the college. The highest programmatic enrollment includes interdisciplinary studies, pre-nursing, welding and joining technology, veterinary technology, cosmetology, farm ranch management, business administration and education.
